Key role is to manage all functional aspects of Trade Marketing & Sellout Management for Residential Air-conditioning products (Split AC, Portable AC, Window AC)
Specifically, the position is responsible for:
1. Trade Marketing – planning and rolling out trade schemes pan
India. (Consumer Finance, GSB’s, IN-Shop Branding, AC
2. Planning and rolling out BTL activations & Dealer Meets.
3. Monitoring of sell-out schemes & product display at touchpoints pan-India.
4. Deployment of POSM/ Visual Merchandising at all touch points
5. Preparing secondary sales and business reports along with
weekly/monthly sales forecast.
6. Responsible for ISD productivity, ISD secondary sellout, all
process related to ISD allocation / recruitment/ incentive
structure and performance evaluation.
7. Budget Management for all Trade marketing activities.
